• 22 stall horse farm located in beautiful Sutton, MA

• 20 acres of private property

• Main barn with 12 stalls

• 2 shed rows with additional stalls

• Attached indoor 65’ x 170’ with mirrors

• 200’ x 125’ outdoor with lights

• Heated bathroom

• Heated tackroom

• Heated viewing room and lounge with WiFi

• Indoor wash stall with hot/cold water

• 2 outdoor covered wash stalls

• Trunk storage

• Each boarder has their own large locker in climate controlled private tack room

• All day/night turnout group and individual options (weather permitting)

• Heated water buckets

• All blanket changes, and booting included

• Access to high quality hay 24/7

• Purina grain offered up to 4x a day (owner provides supplements)

• 2 acre derby field with portable cross country jumps and large dressage arena.

• Access to Shaw Farm across the street with 135 acres of fields and trails, perfect for conditioning

• Highest quality care provided by our knowledgeable professional staff
